Would you like to book a private event in our studio?
Here you will find information on booking a private event, such as a hen party, birthday celebration or perhaps a company kick-off.
You can try wheel throwing or hand-sculpting in clay under the guidance of one of our trained ceramicists.
We provide coffee, tea, music and a teacher, and you will have more or less the whole studio to yourselves. We have a few full-time ceramicists who have their own space further back in the studio, and they may be there during your event.
You are welcome to bring alcohol or snacks, but you will need to provide them yourselves.
We need time to plan, so please contact us well in advance!
Small group, 5–10 participants
If you are 5–10 participants, you can choose whether you want to try wheel throwing or hand-building in clay through pinching, slab building or coiling. In other words, you choose whether the focus is on throwing or hand-building. Let us know which you would prefer.
For this we set aside 2.5 hours, plus 15 minutes before and after for changing – 3 hours in total. This time also includes each participant tidying up around their wheel or work station.
5–6 participants: SEK 1,450 per person
7–10 participants: SEK 1,350 per person
Larger group, 11–15 participants
If you are more than 10 people, you will need to take turns throwing and hand-sculpting, as we have 10 pottery wheels in the studio.
In that case we recommend 3.5 hours, plus 15 minutes before and after for changing – 4 hours in total. This time also includes each participant tidying up around their wheel or work station.
11–15 participants: SEK 1,350 per person
What’s included?
- A ceramicist who guides you during your hours in the studio, demonstrates the different techniques and gives individual guidance.
- 1 kg of clay per participant is included. If you would like more clay, you pay SEK 60 per kilo by Swish on site.
- You get to keep 1 thrown piece, which we trim and glaze for you, or one hand-built piece, which we finish and glaze for you. You choose the glaze yourselves.
- If you would like to add more pieces, it costs SEK 250 per thrown piece or SEK 150 per hand-built piece. You can add a maximum of 2 extra pieces per person.
After about 4–6 weeks, your pieces are ready to be collected.
