Stoneware Ramen Bowl, Graphite Grey Glaze

A ramen bowl in red stoneware clay, thrown by hand, with a beautiful graphite-grey variegated glaze reminiscent of stone.

The bowl has small “notches” in the rim on each side where you can conveniently rest your chopsticks.

The feet under the bowl are not completely finished, and the glaze shifts slightly at the very bottom towards the foot – part of the handmade character.

It is food safe and dishwasher safe.

All our pieces are handmade and hand-glazed. This means variations in clay and glaze can occur – and that is part of the charm of handmade work: nothing is completely “perfect”, but everything is unique. If a piece has a larger variation that particularly stands out, we describe it in the description above.
